Curbside Garbage

Our most popular service! To help provide you with a hassle-free and enjoyable off-campus experience, we provide weekly curbside garbage service. Simply leave your garbage and recycling behind your house in the provided receptacles and we'll take it out from there. All City residents must follow the City's "Keep the City Clean" ordinance, local municipal codes, sanitation rules and pick-up times. Sound confusing? No need to worry... we take care of it for you!

Electronic Statements
and Auto Bill Pay

No one wants to worry about the rent, so we've made this part as simple as possible for you. Each month, you'll receive an e-statement detailing the rent owed and paid. We also collect rent via automatic bill pay - no need to mail a check, just look for your statement as confirmation that everything is going smoothly. You'll also receive periodic off-campus tips and tricks to help you enjoy your off-campus experience and save a little money, too.

Good Neighbor Policy

Our top-notch maintenance team takes care of your weekly lawn maintenance, as well as doing extensive spring and fall cleanups.  Litter and debris, so common with urban living, especially in a high pedestrian traffic area like around Rutgers, are also picked up on a weekly basis.

Move-In Ready &             Professional Management

Your unit will be professionally painted & cleaned and carpets steam cleaned prior to your arrival.  Your unit will be delivered in move-n condition and fully ready to be enjoyed.  We understand that stuff happens and when it does, we stand at the ready. Having managed off-campus housing near Rutgers since 1992, we have a team ready to handle any concern you may have.
