RU Living’s management office is located in the lobby of 12 Bartlett Street, giving you easy access to RU Living staff and community assistants. Our team in accessible during regular office hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Have a maintenance request or an emergency? No problem. We have a team on-call should any emergencies arise. Visit our office any time to learn more about off-campus living, unit availability, and more.

Throughout the year, our team organizes events for you, including:

  • Cookie Friday: Every Friday you can enjoy fresh cookies from Cookie Rush in New Brunswick. You’re welcome to head down to the lobby of 12 Bartlett Street and help yourself!
  • Backyard Barbecue: Keep an eye out for our upcoming events! This semester’s BBQ will be held on September 9, 2016 for all residents and friends. Come by and enjoy free food, music & games.
  • Monthly Breakfast: On the 2nd Monday of each month we’ll be setting up a morning breakfast for you. Visit the 12 Bartlett Street lobby and enjoy a cup of coffee and some treats before heading off to your morning class.

Not an RA, but here when you need them...

RU Living’s Community Assistants (CA) are RU Living residents and Rutgers students just like you. They’re here to help you 24/7 with lockouts, maintenance requests and more. CAs are your one-on-one connection with RU Living. Aside from handling your emergency requests and lockouts, CAs are also responsible for bringing resident and student perspective to our events! They plan BBQs, bar nights, de-stressors and more. If you have any suggestions, requests or concerns, you can email our CAs or stop by our office during business hours.
