I had a great experience with living off campus. I lived at 12 Bartlett this past year. The property manager Emma always went above and beyond for any questions I had about leasing and things about Rutgers. I loved how she also went to Rutgers and knew a lot about the area. She helped me tremendously! No complaints whats so ever.

Beautiful Apartments right next to central College Ave. Clean and Spacious, with all the appliances you need. Staff are very friendly and understanding, and the service is quick and reliable. Definetly lives up to the name of Quality Premium Housing.

RU Living is a great place for off campus housing. The new management is great. I really enjoyed working with Alicia. She was so polite and professional. My niece loves living there and talking to her.

I had a great experience staying at RU Living, the units were clean and freshly painted, the office staff & management were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed getting to know Fabio the maintenance manager. He was quick to respond and is extremely knowledgeable in what he does! Are YOU living?

RU Living should be applauded for their commitment to accessibility through the provision of a wheelchair-friendly parking lot. This initiative is great for those with mobility difficulties, as it guarantees equal access to their apartments. Kudos to RU Living for valuing diversity and inclusion.

I moved to New Jersey for college, my first year I was in the dorms. I chose RULiving for the awesome location but I have been with RUliving for over two years because of the community within the building. I feel like I can talk to the management which is important to me because I am not from in state. My studio is also awesome so I make a great host.
